1 Point. The use of Composite Wood and Agrifiber products reduce the quantity of indoor ari contaminants that are oderous, irritating and/or harmful to the comfort and well-being of installers and occupants.

1 Point. Divert 50% of construction, demolition, and land-clearing debris from disposal in landfills and incinerators. Redirect recycleable recovered resources back to the manufacturinging process. Redirect reusable materials to appropriate sites.

1 Point in addition to MR Credit 2.1. Divert 75% of construction, demolition, and land-clearing debris from disposal in landfills and incinerators. Redirect recycleable recovered resources back to the manufacturinging process. Redirect reusable materials to appropriate sites.

> MR 4.1 - Recycled Content:

1 Point. Use 10% (post-consumer + 1/2 pre-consumer content). This is to increase demand for building products that incorporate recycled materials, thereby reducing impacts resulting from extraction and processing of virgin materials.

1 Point in addition to MR Credit 4.1. Use 20% (post-consumer + 1/2 pre-consumer content). Divert 50% of construction, demolition, and land-clearing debris from disposal in landfills and incinerators. Redirect recycleable recovered resources back to the manufacturinging process. Redirect reusable materials to appropriate sites.

> MR 5.1 - Regional Materials:

1 Point. Use material that is 10% extracted, precessed and manufactured regionally. This will increase demand for building materials and products that are extracted and manufactured within the region, therby supporting the use of indigenous resources and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from transportation.

> MR 5.2 - Regional Materials:

1 Point in addition to MR Credit 5.1. Use material that is 20% extracted, precessed and manufactured regionally. This will increase demand for building materials and products that are extracted and manufactured within the region, therby supporting the use of indigenous resources and reducing the environmental impacts resulting from transportation.

> MR 6 - Rapidly Renewable Materials:

1 Point. Attempt to reduce the use of finite raw materials and long-cycle renewable materials by replacing them with rapibly renewable materials.
